Ploutus' Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practice provides strategies that integrate results measurement and impact evaluation techniques proven through field experience, grounded in local knowledge, and informed by state-of-the-art approaches and tools. Our team has extensive experience identifying appropriate units of analysis, treatment and control groups, baseline equivalence establishment, and attrition prevention and control. At the core of our methodology is a participatory approach to ensure stakeholders are involved throughout the process.
